Our Global Aircraft Recovery Services bring aircraft safely back into service wherever they are in the world. We specialise in field repairs, inspections and unscheduled/corrective maintenance, deploying our network of B1 and B2 licensed engineers to work on aircraft across a broad spectrum of state registrations.
All recovery activity is delivered through appropriately approved Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul organisations, operating under UK CAA, EASA and FAA Part 145 approvals as well as other ICAO-recognised civil aviation authorities, ensuring maintenance actions are performed and released in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework for the aircraft and operation.
Where required, we secure Once-Off Approvals to operate beyond standard jurisdictional reach, with work performed under the authority, procedures and supervision of a relevant state Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO).
While our core expertise lies in turbine and piston engine propeller aircraft, our teams are fully capable of supporting Very light and Light business jets. Our engineers manage every stage of the recovery process, from on-site inspections and diagnostics through to fault rectification and full recertification, ensuring aircraft are returned safely and efficiently.
In cases where an aircraft is beyond economic repair, we provide complete dismantling, salvage and shipment of any or all components back to the customer or maintenance facility.
Supporting our technical efforts, our operations desk and project managers coordinate the ordering of spare parts and tools, including shipment & customs clearance, manage recovery timeframes and can deploy security and medical teams to secure a safe working environment on the ground.
With experience across the some of the world’s most challenging environments, we combine technical expertise with operational assurance, restoring aircraft to service swiftly and in full compliance with regulatory standards or recovering their value with great duty of care.
Our rota of contract Ferry Pilots are experienced in short, medium and long haul sectors, including multi stage transatlantic crossings and extended range deliveries into regions such as Southeast Asia. Crew configuration is determined by sector length, operational risk and client preference. We are able to deploy either a single pilot or a dual crew complement, balancing endurance, flight safety and cost.
Where range limitations require it, we can arrange and manage the installation and operation of approved ferry tanks and we are also able to provide supplementary navigation & safety equipment where required.
