No location is too remote, no environment too challenging.

Our Global Aircraft Recovery Services are structured to return stranded, damaged or unserviceable aircraft to service safely, efficiently and in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework, wherever they are located in the world. We specialise in field repairs, technical inspections and unscheduled corrective maintenance, deploying our experienced B1 & B2 Licensed Engineers to work across a broad range of aircraft types and national registries.

Our role is to assess, coordinate and manage the complete recovery pathway, including fault diagnosis, technical inspection, parts and tooling logistics, ferry flight planning and operational support. Our engineers work in conjunction with appropriately authorised Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul organisations and Approved Maintenance Organisations (AMOs) operating under Civil Aviation Authority, European Union Aviation Safety Agency and Federal Aviation Administration Part 145 approvals, together with other ICAO-recognised civil aviation authorities where required.

Depending on the aircraft, jurisdiction and scope of work, this may involve securing specific or once-off approvals for suitably qualified engineers, or integrating certifying engineers from AMOs operating within the aircraft’s regulatory jurisdiction into the recovery team to provide local oversight, type specific support and certification authority where required. This ensures that all maintenance actions, inspections and release to service procedures are completed under the appropriate regulatory authority, procedures and supervision.

While our principal expertise lies within turbine and piston engine propeller aircraft, our teams are also experienced in supporting Very Light and Light business jet platforms. From initial inspection and technical diagnostics through to fault rectification, component replacement and release to service coordination, our engineers manage each stage of the recovery process with close attention to operational continuity, safety and regulatory compliance.

In circumstances where recovery to service is no longer commercially viable, we can coordinate aircraft dismantling, component recovery and onward shipment, including preservation, inventory management and transportation of assets back to the customer, operator or nominated maintenance facility.

Supporting each deployment, our operations desk and project managers coordinate spare parts procurement, specialist tooling, logistics, customs clearance and operational scheduling, whilst also arranging security and medical support where required to maintain a safe and controlled working environment on the ground.

With experience across the some of the world’s most challenging environments, we combine technical expertise with operational assurance, restoring aircraft to service swiftly and in full compliance with regulatory standards or recovering their value with great duty of care.

AIRCRAFT RELOCATION & FERRY FLIGHT SERVICES

Offering End-to-End Coordination

Our rota of contract Ferry Pilots are experienced across short, medium and long haul sectors, including multi stage transatlantic crossings and extended range deliveries into and out of regions such as Southeast Asia. Operating in compliance with European Union Aviation Safety Agency Part-NCC regulations, each operation is planned and coordinated with careful attention to route optimisation, overflight permissions, weather considerations and operational risk management.

ur rota of contract Ferry Pilots are experienced across short, medium and long haul sectors, including multi stage transatlantic crossings and extended range deliveries into and out of regions such as Southeast Asia. Where operationally required, ferry flights can be conducted in compliance with European Union Aviation Safety Agency Part-NCC regulations through appropriately declared operational support arrangements. Each operation is planned and coordinated with careful attention given to route optimisation, overflight permissions, weather considerations and operational risk management.

Crew configuration is tailored to operational requirements, sector length, aircraft type and client preference. We are able to provide either a single pilot or dual crew complement, balancing operational efficiency, flight safety and overall cost. In accordance with European Union Aviation Safety Agency Air Ops Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 Article 6.8, our operational capability extends across Non-Complex operations conducted under Part-NCO, including SEP, MEP and Complex Motor Powered aircraft up to 5,700kgs, together with Part-NCC operations for non-commercial complex aircraft above this threshold. Our crews have experience supporting both narrow and wide body aircraft deliveries, from regional repositioning flights through to complex long range international sectors.

Where range limitations require additional capability, we are able to arrange and manage the installation and operation of approved ferry tanks. Supplementary navigation and safety equipment can also be provided where required to support the specific demands of the operation and destination environment.

We recognise that aircraft delivery schedules are often commercially sensitive, with delays carrying operational and financial consequences. Through detailed pre-flight planning, real time operational oversight and close coordination throughout each stage of the mission, we work to minimise disruption and maintain continuity from departure through to final handover.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT & DELIVERY PLANNING

In addition to the flight itself, we support full operational coordination, including:

  • Flight & fuel planning
  • Organisation and handling of export documentation
  • Transfer of aircraft registration
  • Import coordination, irrespective of final jurisdiction
  • Flight crew licence validation, as required.
