Our Global Aircraft Recovery Services bring aircraft safely back into service wherever they are in the world.
We specialise in field repairs, inspections and unscheduled/corrective maintenance, deploying our network of B1 and B2 licensed engineers to work on aircraft across a broad spectrum of state registrations including:
2 – Guernsey, 9J – Zambia, 9H – Malta, T7 – San Marino, G – United Kingdom, OH – Finland, 9M – Malaysia, N – USA, D – Germany, EI – Ireland, M – Isle of Man, OK – Czech Republic, 5Y – Kenya, OE – Austria, C – Canada, OY – Denmark, HB – Switzerland, ZS – South Africa, A7 – Qatar, SE – Sweden, A6 – UAE, CX – Hong Kong, JY – Jordan, 4X – Israel
All recovery activity is delivered through appropriately approved Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul organisations, operating under UK CAA, EASA and FAA Part 145 approvals as well as other ICAO-recognised civil aviation authorities, ensuring maintenance actions are performed and released in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework for the aircraft and operation.
Where required, we secure Once-Off Approvals to operate beyond standard jurisdictional reach, with work performed under the authority, procedures and supervision of a relevant state-Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO).
While our core expertise lies in turbine and piston engine propeller aircraft, our teams are fully capable of supporting Very light and Light business jets. Our engineers manage every stage of the recovery process, from on-site inspections and diagnostics through to fault rectification and full recertification, ensuring aircraft are returned safely and efficiently.
In cases where an aircraft is beyond economic repair, we provide complete dismantling, salvage, and shipment of any or all components back to the customer or maintenance facility.
Supporting our technical efforts, our operations desk and project managers coordinate the ordering of spare parts and tools, including shipment & customs clearance, manage recovery timeframes and can deploy security and medical teams to secure a safe working environment on the ground.
With experience across the some of the world’s most challenging environments, we combine technical expertise with operational assurance, restoring aircraft to service swiftly and in full compliance with regulatory standards or recovering their value with great duty of care.
Our rota of contract Ferry Pilots are experienced in long range operations, including transatlantic and intercontinental flights, managing complex ferry missions with extended range ferry tanks, performance planning and are full compliant with international regulations.
Whether an aircraft requires urgent repositioning, has been abandoned following an incident, or needs to be flown home after repairs, we handle all operational requirements, including securing relevant license validations, visas, route approvals and overflight permits so the aircraft can be moved safely and legally to its destination.
