Upon confirmation of your flight booking, you will be presented with a corresponding invoice for the full flight cost which must be paid in full before the aircraft can be secured. 

Payments can be made to Avitrius Air International by bank transfer, alternatively, we can accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex payments which can be made by secure link.

Should you wish to make changes to your booking, such as flight times, destination or passenger numbers then please contact our Charter Team.

We will always do everything in our power to make these changes for you, however, we cannot guarantee that these changes can be accommodated. In some cases, additional charges may apply.

Additional fees may include landing fees, overnight fees, catering, ground transportation and special requests. Once we have selected the right aircraft, we will provide a detailed breakdown of any extra costs. 

We only work with operators operating on an Aircraft Operators Certificate (AOC) who meet stringent safety standards, including those set by aviation authorities like the CAA, FAA or EASA. In addition, we also perform due diligence by reviewing the operator’s safety records, aircraft maintenance and crew qualifications. 

Security procedures for charter flights are generally more streamlined and private than at commercial airports and the security restrictions of commercial airlines do not apply- sharp items, liquids and firearms are ok but we do ask that you inform us ahead of the flight. While you still need to comply with safety regulations, the process is typically quicker and more convenient. In some cases, security checks may be conducted in private terminals FBOs). 

Smaller aircraft under 10 tonnes do not require security screening. 

 Yes, we can arrange charter flights for large groups, corporate events, weddings, sports teams and more. We can source larger aircraft or multiple aircraft to accommodate the size of your group and handle all logistics. 

The departure process is much quicker when travelling privately. Most airports have private terminals or FBOs that you will depart from and we will typically ask our clients to arrive between 30 and 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. 

Airside transfers directly from your private vehicle to the aircraft can be arranged on request, just contact your Trip Advisor.
